Wife Mary Beth, and four children: Michael, 34, working as a computer engineer in Boston; Elizabeth, 29, An OB-GYN physician in New York; Marcia, 27, working for a textbook publishing company in New York City; and Susan, 26, a children's librarian in the Chicago area.

• State Representative: Serving Colorado House District 55.
• Businessman: Former CEO of West Star Aviation and other entrepreneurial ventures including aircraft leasing and business consulting .
• Attorney: Private practice representing small businesses.
• State Department Director: Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Finance.
